Magri is a pretty weak teacher, however you end up learning the stuff based on how often you are forced to do it for homework. Its a spectacularly easy class, but its not very engaging or interesting. Good introduction to accounting but very inefficient use of time. Still would recommend- it cant hurt your knowledge or GPA
Jason was a great professor. He was incredibly kind, chill, and passionate. If you do the work and participate, an A is almost garaunteed. I really enjoyed the course-work and my community project. I felt that the work I did meaningful, fufilling, and fun. It got me outside of the Midd-Bubble and connected to the community beyond the college. I will use the things I learned with my involvement in community organizations, clubs, and other institutions. The only complaint I have is that the class was a bit disorganized.

This was probably one of the best and most memorable classes that I've taken at Middlebury. The course mainly consisted of readings, a couple of reflections, and a final project, the fodder for which came from our spring break trip to Northern Ireland. We were given the opportunity to learn about The Troubles in depth, guided by the expert hands of our tour guides, one of whom was former British Army and the other former IRA. The course not only revealed the complexity of conflict resolution but imparted us with a deeper appreciation for building relationships, dialogue, and intellectual humility.
