It was a decent course and the professor was nice and really relaxed with assignments. All assignments were online and we had all of our exams online as well. You do have to get a certification from Bloomberg that does take a while especially since there is only one computer at the library you can do it on without paying 150$ to take it on your computer. I really enjoyed the guest speakers he brought in and overall was an easy course to get a good grade in.

Took the class as thought it would be informative. Class was super laid back and chill. Only 4 assignments all year and it was only homework. No quizzes or tests and put in minimal effort all throughout the year. Certainly learned a lot though as lectures were informative.

This course is ok, we do learn some useful things about financial analysis, but this is not an "introduction" to finance. You are expected to already know excel and accounting lingo. Also, if you lose track for a class, you should make it up very fast otherwise you will be lost for weeks. Luckily, professor Considine is very understanding, and will make sure you are up to date, but he won't check on you. YOU need to go to him, otherwise he will zoom past you with the course material and you'll be left in the dust.
