Natalie Eppelsheimer
GRMN
I love German but this course was extremely grammar intensive which was something that I was not initially prepared for. I found it difficult to meet with the instructor outside of class. This is not an extremely difficult class, but expect to focus on a lot of German grammar.
I took it with Natalie and Florence co-teaching. There is at least an hour of homework for each class, a weekly vocabulary quiz, and additional larger exams. Homeworks cannot be made up once missed, and missing a homework will make the next class section harder for you. If you are enthusiastic about learning German, this course is really fun, keeps you engaged, and teaches you a lot of words and some culture knowledge too. I recommend going to office hours or showing up early in the FIC to make tea and chat with the professors; they are really nice people.

Great class, pretty intense. Connect, the online homework system, sucked a lot and felt very redundant, but I think they got rid of it for future classes. Florence and Natalie are wonderful professors
