Carolyn Craven
This was my first class ever in economics, and I thought Professor Craven did a good job of covering a wide range of material. The class sometimes seemed to have a lack of structure in a lecture style, going all over the place, but she would change homework or exams based on what material was actually taught in class. I found the problem sets to be very useful when studying for exams and would highly recommend utilizing her office hours. Professor Cravens will take the time to explain topics in more depth and help with problem sets and questions during office hours, which was very nice. Overall, I thought Professor Craven was a good professor, but I wish her lectures were more structured. Her exams were sometimes hard, but she provides practice exams and multiple problem sets to help fully prepare. If you use the practice problems and study those for the exam, you will be GOOD!.

I found that the Professors teaching style led to me missing some important information as often there was a lot going on at once and if it was erased from the blackboard I missed out on the info. The problem set home works can be a bit tedious however, thet are a very use full study tool for the mid terms.
Professor Craven really goes in depth when teaching Macroeconomics. She's an overall fun teacher to talk too, and her office hours are readily available to help you for homework or studying for exams. All you need to do is spam problem sets over and over again, and you'll be fine.
