Amitava Biswas

A good dive into Business - Prof Biswas is great and very passionate about the content. Weekly quizzes and lots of work on Excel, the class is pretty chilled out and easy if you do the readings. He makes an effort to get to know each student. Overall, great course, and not very stressful and easy to manage.

This was an awesome course. The content was very interesting and something I enjoyed learning. The grading scale was very easy as well, and allowed for missed points while still getting a good grade. The group work we did was also enjoyable because it made it seem like we were working on something for the real business world.

This class was very middle of the road. It wasn't super life changing in the course material. And Biswas, while a super understanding Professor, was rather unengaging. We were constantly doing projects (which made sense for a marketing class), but it definitely got old after a while. He came off disorganized at times. But, we watched a lot of films (discussion felt unnecessary a lot of the time), and he provided us with some really valid resources. Overall, I didn't love this class, but I didn't hate it either.
