Alla is a professor who really strives to make sure her students understand the structure of the Spanish language. Presentations, class discussions, and oral tests really helped with that, especially as a student who was just looking to get the distribution requirement, but was still interested in learning the language. There is a lot of group work, so it can be fun a lot of the times, or lame if paired with people not so interested in the language.

Alla is a great teacher and is very flexible. The work can be challenging sometimes, but if you work with her and use outside resources, you should pass the class with a B+. It is a great class. I would recommend it again

Professor Fil is a great professor. She ensure you have the material down, though it can be annoying at times she only does ot to benefits us as students. In this class focus on a lot of grammar and implement a graphic novel about the Spanish Civil War. Fun class would take again!!!
