Professor Carletti brightens the classroom and is a joy to be around. Fifty Shades of Italy was a truly interesting course made all the better by Carletti's enthusiastic personality. I would recommend this FYS to any incoming freshman.
I really enjoyed taking this course as my FYS and Professor Carletti was veery enthusiastic about her course and the material which also engaged other students. The class was not difficult at all and she was very fair with her grading. I would 100% recommend taking a class with her.
Professor Carletti was wonderful! She does a good job of making the class engaging with how enthusiastic she is about the material. She cares about her students and makes an effort to get to know them.
Carletti is super enthusiastic about the course material and really cares about her students. Her first year seminar teaching style meant that our class would sometimes be a little all over the place, but energy and enthusiasm made the class so much fun.
Professor Carletti genuinely cares about her students. The class was not too hard, and if I had the chance, I would take it again. The course is fun and engaging and typically discussion-based. I would recommend taking this class.
