Summer Jack was flexible with grading weekly journal entry homework assignments, although the due dates for some were not clarified by the professor so it was easy to get lost. The class keeps you busy by going to mandatory performances around campus, which was unexpected based on the course description. Projects require unique thought but aren't inherently difficult to do perform well in, and definitely don't overlook class attendance and participation.

Laurel Jenkins is a great professor. Very invested in the class and loves seeing students just give effort. All she really asks for is effort and enthusiasm. If you show up, try, and engage it will be easy and you'll get something out of the class.

This course was extremely manageable. Mainly, all journals are extremely brief and easy to complete. The projects are manageable and interesting. The course requires you to be bought in to the material.
