This was an incredibly introductory class, where I feel like I learned some things, but definitely not as much as I had hoped. I think that there may just not be that much new to learn about food justice, but a lot of the readings were simply news articles that I felt like I already knew and could have easily told on my own time. No homework except for readings (which I did not do), and then at the end of the course she decides to give you 2 papers a presentation and a final exam. Overall, I feel like if you are looking for a chill low homework introductory class, this is a great fit.

Taking the food science class was a fascinating journey into the world of food and nutrition. Throughout the course, we explored the scientific principles behind food production, preservation, and safety, gaining a deeper understanding of the complex processes that occur in the food industry.
