Good course to get a good overview of anthropology's development as a discipline. The course readings cover all major anthropological shifts and thinkers. It provides a solid basis for understanding the discipline as a whole and the role and development of theory.

I was dreading taking this class, but I really enjoyed it with Kristy. Kristy does a great job of making the material digestible and preparing you for the exam. Some of the readings can be dry, but most of them are really interesting.

It was fun class, it was very engaging. The class was very discusssion based so reading was important. Very week there was a discussion, there isn't a lot of assignments. It very chill paced class and the professor is very chill.
