Professor Callanan does a fantastic job teaching this course and making it both engaging, entertaining, and informative. Despite the fact that the class is 3 hours, he is able to keep our attention throughout the time. There is a large amount of very dense reading every week and you will have to spend a good amount of time doing them every week, however the reading is manageable for the amount of time that is given to do it.

Professor Keagen is an exceptional instructor. He has great enthusiasm for the class and is clear at making points. He is also very accomodating to students' needs and makes the 3 hour long class more bearable. The course itself was very helpful to build onto the basic foundation of political philosophy and thought.
