Emily Proctor

Proctor was very fair with grading and always did her best to give partial credit on exams. The homework wasn't difficult, about 4-7 problems on a pset were due each day, and they were due online instead of on paper. She was also really enthusiastic about teaching calc in a way that didn't make lectures unbearable. Proctor was very understanding when general confusion about a topic arose and would take time to review the topic for the class.

Professor Proctor is very lively and enthusiastic. Although the classroom is flipped, she goes through the material in class. She is very good at conceptually explaining the material. Overall, I think this was a great course! I would recommend taking Multivariable Calculus with her if you can.
Emily Proctor is very kind and sweet but Calculus 1 is going to be a grind no matter what. Not super difficult but not a breeze either. Was necessary for my major otherwise I would not have taken any calc classes
