Homework is just based on submission but 70% of the grade is based on the exam. The average exam score was around 80 so I think it's hard to get a good grade in this class. Her explanation about algorithms was pretty clear, and the pace was good

Exams count towards the majority of your grade in this class. Homeworks are graded on completion. I enjoyed Ananya's teaching style; she tends to illustrate algorithmic concepts in depth on the whiteboard.

This was a very interesting course but it is important to note that the material focuses on types of AI that is not part of modern models (i.e. no deep learning). The instructor was very nice and an easy grader but you need to pay attention in class because she moves fast and her lectures are just throwing information at you rather than really teaching it. Assignments are coding projects that take time but you have one-two weeks to complete them. Overall I liked this class because I am interested in the topic and it is easy to get an A if you pay attention.
