William Poulin-Deltour
This course was taught in this semester by Professor Munier, while the class itself, and its content is important, I found it sometimes difficult to follow along with the transitions between subject matters. This class is good before going abroad as it does seek to explore modern controversies and topics just in a way that is not always super consistent.
This French class was a great experience! The professor created a welcoming and supportive environment, which made learning fun and less intimidating. The mix of speaking practice, grammar, and cultural lessons kept things interesting, and I definitely feel more confident in my French after this class.
Although I was supposed to take this course with Poulin-Deltour, I ended up taking it with Prof. Banks. I really liked her style of teaching, and approach to the class material. We get through topics quickly and efficiently, and exams and homeworks are graded with fairness and lots of feedback
