Pecsok is a very nice guy, accommodating and welcoming, definitely enjoyable to talk to. But his teaching is slightly unclear, not very good at explaining concepts to people who knew nothing abt it. A problem set each week, and several quizzes throughout the semester. Fair grading, and always tries to give you extra credit for quizzes through fun activities. Love his jokes.

I enjoyed the content and teaching style of Prof. Pecsok more than I initially expected. Going into it, I expected the class to be dry and merely a stepping stone to other courses. As the semester has gone on, the comedic tangents about donuts and random dad jokes made the class a relaxing space to return to. While intended as a start for future econ majors and minors, the content is widely applicable to anybody in their day to day lives whether that be examining their own decision making or gaining a greater understanding of how economics works for the next time you read the news.

Pecsok is a great guy, I honestly enjoyed the classes as I would normally laugh a lot. He is very passionate about the course material, but he doesn't explain well, and I would have to go to office hours to be able to do the homework (he was helpful there tho). It did feel like taking to classes at the same time.
