Really interesting course! The professor was very knowledgeable on the topic and enthusiastic about teaching it. No exams and very few graded assignments- made it easier to learn the course content. Had a lot of guest speakers on a variety of topics.
The material in this course was very interesting and relevant to the current status of our US healthcare system. Prof was very knowledgeable and passionate about this subject. I would highly recommend this course. Homework was all readings, each class was lecture style. There was one group project and two papers. Grading was fair and mostly on completion of the assignment. Class participation required but not overwhelming.

If you’re looking for an easy J term, look no further. Lectures are dreadfully boring, but Dr. Finklestein is a very easy grader and nice guy. Only substantial work was a 2 page paper and short group presentation. Course readings are very short, and not necessary to get an A.
