This class was really interesting. I thought at times it was a bit boring because it was lecture style. But the concepts were interesting and I liked that we got to choose our own topics to research for our projects. Glad I took this class at Middlebury!

This course was interesting if you paid attention. Definitely could slack off. There were three written assignments that were easy to do and were graded very generously. The professor was awesome very kind and knew a lot.

Dr. Finkelstein was so accommodating and really valued the perspectives of his students. Class discussions were always interesting. I appreciated the fact that I simultaneously learned a great deal from this course without an strenuous amount of reading or homework. Sometimes lectures were lengthy but overall the subjects covered were really fascinating. I would recommend this course to everyone, even those who do not intend to pursue healthcare.
