Pam is an incredible, funny, and super-passionate professor. She was the reason I decided to minor in global health. She makes her lectures engaging and incorporates humor into them despite how heavy the content is for this subject area. I loved this class and I absolutely love Pam. She is so passionate about the material, and you get to cover so many topics throughout the course. the semester-long group project is also really interesting and fairly easy!

I loved this class and loved Pam. Pam has actually worked in the field which is so refreshing to have with an instructor. Grading is not harsh at all for the class, if you do the work and put effort in, you'll get an A. And I think this allows you to learn more in the class and be more engaged without the stress of your grade.
