Michal is easily the best professor I've had. She really cares about you learning and enjoying the class, and not on making sure you know x amount of words or conjugations. At times, it was hard to keep up because everyday we would learn a ton of new vocab words, but Michal was very understanding if you didn't remember everything that we had covered.

Michal is not only an awesome teacher but a very great person. She is super welcoming and invites the students over for coffee / baked goods. There was little work in the class which actually made me enthusiastic about going. She tries to make the class a chill environment which helps the class to grow as a community rather than a force.

Professor Strier is amazing. Professor Strier makes it more than just a class, and it is a lot of fun (and includes baked goods and Professor Strier has created an amazing community for anyone interested in Hebrew and/or Israeli culture, both in and outside the classroom). It was a small class, which made it even better to learn Hebrew. The class becomes focussed on topics you are most interested in learning. If you want to learn to talk about sports, politics, or whatever it is you are interested in, you will get to do just that!
