Michael Dunham

Never in my life have I loved another man the way that I love Michael Dunham. Physics 111 with bro was an 11/10 experience, he was so clear in all of his lectures and was ridiculously chill about homework and exams and general life stuff. You will never take an easier physics class at this school, especially since like 80% of the class is just seniors who are checked out but need it for med school. So much fun, take it with your friends and mess around, the only thing you need to keep in mind is that it's so easy it doesn't even count towards your major unless you take it in the first 3 semesters.

This was a super interesting class covering a variety of interesting astrophysical topics with calculus, physics, and chemistry applications. Professor Dunham taught the material very clearly and was flexible; the homework assignments were lengthy but extremely helpful to understand the material, making the exams manageable.

The class itself is exactly what it sounds like. It covers waves, optics, and thermo in that order with strict stopping points in between the 3 units. Professor Dunham is incredibly accommodating and wants everyone to do well in the class. He is the best physics prof. I've had in terms of explaining the material in an understandable way, and allowing students to do well as long as they put the bare minimum amount of work in.
