McKinley Brumback

This class is very interesting, and Prof. Brumback is so passionate and kind. If you are a STEM kid, this class would be a walk in the park. However, it is not an easy way to get your DED or LAB credit. The grading is brutal, the labs are so long, and they feel pretty murderous. Take it if you don't mind difficult and tedious labs. In all, Brumback is teh best and she is so so kind but the final was hard and the grading is strict.

Professor Brumback is one of the most passionate and organized professors I've ever had. The grades given on homework can be tough (watch out for those sig figs), and the labs can be long, but I think that the fun content and who the professor is makes up for it. Homework is once weekly, and there are take-home quizzes every other week, but besides that workload is pretty light if you understand the content. Office hours + TA sessions are super helpful as well!

It was a good class. I wish i had been warned that it was very basic math, i felt a bit bored as math was a bit overexplained. I felt it was very harsh grading that was quite nitpick in the name of teaching the quantative method. Overall quite enjoyed the content about the universe!
