Matthew Schrader
I enjoyed the actually art making section of this course, however the lectures will really long and not engaging. This course subject matter could be really interesting but the lectures need to be restructured.
The course is project-based, and students are expected to work with cardboard a lot. The workload depends on how much work you are willing to put into it. Essays assigned are not longer than one page, and the readings are also short. Overall a good and easy course, the professor is also nice.
This course was a very chill class with little outside time required. The cardboard projects are open-ended, creative, and generally fun to make. There are a few readings and 1 page responses that can be tedious, and some of the classes are slow moving and long.
