John Maluccio

John really knows a lot about the subject and is always excited to talk to us about different class-related topics. It's also funny when he goes on slight tangents. Very accommodating. Highly recommended.

I had to take this course for my Economics major but I ended up really enjoying it. If you're not a math person you will likely find this course challenging. However, if you can take it with Maluccio you definitely should. He is so friendly, passionate about the course, has great research stories, and is super accommodating. His lectures were easy to follow and he often reviewed material that we learned the previous class. The class ends with a research paper but you are more than prepared to do it.

Professor Maluccio is awesome! He is such a nice guy and this course was quite chill. You only really learn Stata during the labs which is kinda annoying but overall the course was enjoyable and not too difficult.
