Jennifer Strtak

Professor Strtak's lectures on the history of Early Modern Europe were engaging and highly organized. There were usually one or two primary source readings each week that accompanied the textbook readings. Overall, I would definitely recommend this class.

Jennifer Strtak is a very passionate professor who clearly enjoys teaching. None of the readings ever felt tedious or too long, we only read exactly what we were discussing. Each unit was interesting and the discussions were great, would definitely take this course again. Very liberal arts too if that's what you're going for.

The professor was very engaging in lecture, which made it easy to absorb the amount of content being given. It was easy to contact the professor and delve deeper into the content. The readings weren't too heavy and all connected to the latest lecture. Overall, it was a very organized course and all expectations were made clear from the beginning. Amazing course to take if you haven't taken history in a while and are interested in the time period.
