Christina Johnston
Christina is super sweet and has been teaching for a long time. Even if you are not an Ed major or minor, this class highlights the underlying structures within educational systems, as well as how to be an inclusive and active educator/learner. The readings can be long and there are weekly discussion posts. However, there are no exams besides group projects and she is an easy grader. You will also have to make lessons plans, but everything is doable.

I love Christina so much, she is a valuable professor and this class was amazing if you are looking to major/minor in Ed Studies. I felt like I learned a lot about the perspective of people who feel like they don't belong in educational settings. I loved this class and 10/10 would take it again.
Christina is so sweet and so passionate about her work with kids and in education. The class included material presented in a variety of ways including guest speakers, readings, books, videos, etc. Very inclusive. No exams. Some pretty easy group projects/presentations
