The course itself is not that bad, the only downside to this course is that it is a 3-hour night class on Mondays. So the most difficult part of the course was honestly just staying awake. She does a good job of noticing when students start to wander and gives us usually 2-3 15. minute breaks during the 3 hours. There are 5 "quizzes" but they're basically exams. She drops the lowest one. There is also two essays, but the same as the test, she drops one.

He is fairly enthusiastic but is a tough grader given you don't learn a ton in the class. He doesn't include much detail in his slides and sometimes lacks to get his point across. The class isn't hard but he expects you to know more than he teaches, and is somewhat picky about your writing. I wouldn't say I had an awful experience in the class it just personally wasn't my favorite.
Professor Velez is very nice and engaging. The material is interesting, and I feel like I learned a lot about social behavior. The workload includes a quiz every couple of weeks and a long essay. The quizzes are take-home and open-note. They are very reflective of the material and help solidify concepts. The long essay contains a lot of build-up to get your ideas organized, which is very helpful. The class is pretty easy and enjoyable!
