Andrea Robbett
Professor Robbett is an effective teacher. She assigns homework every week, but it’s graded for completion. The exams aren’t too difficult, and her expectations for students are clear. It's mainly lecture based, but during class she likes to play games which is effective.
I really liked this class but Prof Robbett is not the most interactive. I wish we had in person office hours but the virtual office hours did clear up most of my doubts. I also liked that the exams were best 2 of 3 so I never did the final which was nice. The grading was super fair and if you did well on the problem sets you did well on the exams. I did not like the flipped classroom style though. The videos tended to be super long.

Robbett has a flipped classroom, with lectures online teaching the material, and classes being used for practice problems and more in-depth topics. The problem sets are quite difficult, but she gives you time in class to work with other people on them. If you understand the problem sets, you'll be completely fine for the tests; the tests are essentially the same problems, just with different numbers.
